The May Festival Aberdeen

Famous faces are welcomed to the city along with performances from favourite authors, chefs, musicians and more.

This all encompassing arts and science festival offers over 100 events each year across three days with a variety of themes including sports, film, science and Gaelic. May Festival attracts all ages with thought-provoking events for adults as well as a fun-filled family and children’s events to keep the little ones amused.

Most events take place on our beautiful, historic University campus as well as at some partner venues around Aberdeen city centre. With a vibrant atmosphere, bustling crowds and spectacular events – it is a great way to spend a weekend!
